Riley Hamshaw-Mills is a working-class performance artist, comedian, improvisor, sound artist and theatre maker from the sea, based in Norwich/London. Edging on the err of fantastical belief systems, absurd notions on existence and visuals from bleak seaside towns, Riley culminates his ideas into improvisations and use of play that merge disciples and leave a hankering for surreal joy. Presence and present are a strong basis for his work, to look at how we can savour and manipulate these to take comment on the world.
